Daily oil production in azerbaijan

Azerbaijan has completely fulfilled its commitment to reduce the daily production by 20,000 barrels upon the agreement on the maintenance of the daily oil production capacity at 776,000 barrels. It should be noted that in January-October of the current year the average daily oil production made up 762 thousand barrels. Azeri crude oil is refined domestically at two refineries: the Azerineftyag (Baku) refinery, with a capacity of 230,000 bbl/d, and the Azerneftyanajag (New Baku) refinery, which has a capacity of 212,000 bbl/d. With domestic production topping out at 311,200 bbl/d in 2001 (and half of that exported as crude oil), Daily oil production in Azerbaijan made 793,000 barrels in January, including 720,000 barrels of crude oil and 73,000 barrels of condensate.

Daily export of crude oil constituted 530,3 thousand barrels, while export of condensate and oil products accounted for 79,6 thousand and 12,4 thousand barrels respectively. Azerbaijan has completely fulfilled its commitment to maintain the daily production at 769,000 barrels.
